Continental Breakfast was very good with enough selection of basic items. Kitchen in room had all equipment needed to make meals and dishwasher was a bonus. Two-bedroom Suite was spcaious.

The rooms were spacious, kitchen facility in the suite was good. Beds were very comfy with a choice of pillows. The lobby area smelled very welcoming and the staff very lovely. Parking was easy but one has to reserve. Breakfast came with a variety of options and was good. The proximity to the stadium makes it perfect to watch a baseball game.

Convenience of being 4 blocks and a straight shot down the road from the convention center. Hotel and room was very clean overall.

Tori at the Front Desk was Absolutely Awesome! Personable, Professional, Witty...much appreciated. All the associates we encountered were courteous and friendly. Clean comfortable room.

Awe always enjoy staying here with the short walk to the Panthers stadium.. We will continue staying here..

The hotel was was right next to Bank of America Stadium, so we could walk to the game. We could see the scoreboard from our room window. It was also in walking distance of several restaurants and stores. The room was ready, neat and clean at the appointed check in time and the staff was always friendly, smiling willing to answer any questions. The shower water was always HOT no matter what time we took showers. Don't get me started on the waffles included with the FREE breakfast, they were just delicious. 😋

The location was perfect! There was so much to do in the area! The variety of restaurants in the area was a highlight, too. Most importantly, the staff, particularly the breakfast bar attendant (Mrs. Barbara) provided excellent customer service and care. We would stay here again!
